Vitamins for MEN 90 Kapseln

Sandra Meszarosova

💪 Another one for my partner! 😄 As I told you, we both train at home, and he has his own MST essentials too. This multivitamin is designed specifically for men, and it’s his daily “insurance” 🛡️ Between work, training and everyday life, it’s not always easy to get all your vitamins and minerals from food alone 🥗 He takes it with breakfast and forgets about it 🙌 Convenient, practical and no fuss, exactly what guys need 😂 If your guy isn’t great at looking after himself, here’s a great gift! 🎁 Use my code SANDRA for 10% off 💗

MACA 1000 mg 120 Kapseln

Sandra Meszarosova

🌱 The Andean root that’s part of my routine! Maca is a traditional Peruvian superfood that’s been used for centuries, and I take it in capsules with breakfast ☀️ I love taking it this way because maca powder has a really strong taste that not everyone likes 😅 With capsules, you don’t even notice it 👌 For me it’s a little natural extra in my daily life, especially during busy times between training, clients and home 🏃‍♀️💨 Easy-to-swallow capsules and trusted German quality 🇩🇪 If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or have any hormonal or thyroid issues, check with your doctor first 🩺 Use my code SANDRA for 10% off 💗

Between training, clients, home and a thousand other things, some days I’m running at full speed… and that’s where my ashwagandha comes in 🌿 MST’s Ashwagandha KSM-66® is one of the most studied forms out there, which is why I chose it. I take it in the evening, and it’s become part of my routine to switch off at the end of the day.
I like that it’s a quality extract and not just any root powder. With supplements like this, quality makes all the difference 🤍
They come in capsules, no weird taste, and I take them with dinner. Just so you know: it’s not for everyone. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have thyroid issues or take medication, check with your doctor first.

Ashwagandha KSM-66® 60 Kapseln

This is one of those supplements you don’t see, but it never misses in my routine ☀️ I take MST’s Vitamin D3 + K2 every day with breakfast. Even living in Spain, so many people have low vitamin D: we spend a lot of time indoors, we wear sunscreen… and even more so in autumn and winter.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscles and to the normal function of the immune system. And K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. That’s why I love having them together in one capsule 🦴
The capsules are small and easy to take, and one a day is enough for me. Simple and convenient.
I recommend taking it with a meal that has some fat (avocado, eggs, nuts…), as it’s absorbed better that way 🥑

Vitamin D3 + K2 MK7 60 Caps

My secret for the days I show up to the gym with zero motivation 💥 MST’s Beta Alanine + Caffeine are tablets I take before training, and I can really feel the difference. The caffeine gives me that boost of energy and focus, and the beta-alanine helps me push through longer sets when the muscle starts to “burn” 🔥
What I love most is that they’re tablets: no shakes to mix, no tubs to carry around. I just take them with water a little before I start and that’s it.
Heads up: beta-alanine can cause a tingling feeling on your skin. It’s completely normal and goes away quickly 😄
I don’t take them if I train late, though, otherwise I can’t sleep 😅

If you sweat as much as I do when training, you need to know about this 💦
MST’s Aqua Power Boost is an isotonic drink with electrolytes, and since I started using it for long sessions I finish with so much more energy and without that “drained” feeling.
It has Cluster Dextrin, a carb that absorbs really well, plus taurine. I love it for leg day, cardio or hot days (and in southern Spain that’s almost every day 😂).
The green apple flavour is so good, fresh and not too sweet. I mix it in my bottle and sip it throughout my whole workout. Hydrating well is part of training well

With all the training I do, my joints need some love too, and this collagen has been part of my routine for a while now 🍍
It’s MST’s Fortigel® collagen, a type of collagen specifically designed for joints and cartilage. And the best part: it’s liquid, so no mixing powders. I just take my dose in the morning and that’s it.
The pineapple flavour is really nice and fresh, nothing like those collagens that taste weird 😅
For me it’s a must, especially with all the squats, jumps and heavy lifting. Take care of your joints before they hurt, not after 🙌
