🌿 My moment of calm in a capsule! After a hectic day of training, clients and home, this MST ashwagandha is part of my evening ritual to switch off 🌙 It’s a great option if you want to start with ashwagandha without spending much 💸 Tasteless, easy-to-swallow capsules, and I take them with dinner, simple as that 👌 For me it’s a little act of self-care that helps me end the day feeling calmer 🧘‍♀️✨ Note: it’s not for everyone. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have thyroid issues or take medication, check with your doctor first 🩺 Use my code SANDRA for 10% off 💗
