Ich nehme 5-HTP 100 mg meistens abends und habe es inzwischen fest in meine Routine eingebaut. Die Kapseln sind angenehm einzunehmen und die Dosierung von 100 mg pro Kapsel finde ich praktisch. Nach einiger Zeit hatte ich persönlich das Gefühl, abends etwas leichter abschalten zu können.
