Recommended dosage:

Take 1 tablet daily with enough water (200 ml) with any meal. 1 tablet corresponds to one daily serving. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, silicon dioxide), D-biotin, humectant (sorbitol).
