Recommended dosage:

Ingredients:

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) is used in the form of VCaps®.

Ich nehme die Ashwagandha-Kapseln jetzt seit ein paar Wochen, meistens abends nach einem stressigen Tag. Mir gefällt, dass der Extrakt auf 10% Withanolide standardisiert ist und ich genau weiß, was enthalten ist. Die Kapseln sind angenehm klein und lassen sich gut schlucken. Persönlich habe ich das Gefühl, abends etwas leichter abschalten zu können. Die Bestellung wurde schnell verschickt und kam gut verpackt an.
